Payment Options & Terms
Premier Private Hire accepts all major credit cards (regretfully not American Express)
Payments can be made over the phone, by cheque, payable to Premier Private Hire or online
50% deposit is required to secure your booking, full payment required prior to travel
Cancellations outside 48 hours will not be charged, within 48 hours deposits will be retained
Terms & Conditions
- Prices quoted for hires between 6am and midnight (a supplement applies for unsociable hours)
- Premier Private Hire accepts no responsibility for delays however caused
- Premier Private Hire cannot be held responsible or liable for loss or damage to passenger’s personal belongings however caused
- The hirer must not request in any way, any action which contravenes any part of any legislation which applies to the use of the vehicle as applied under the Roads Traffic Act
- Premier Private Hire’s vehicle is totally non smoking
- Your driver reserves the right to only carry passengers that he deems are fit to travel
- Whilst we do our utmost to be punctual you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused for circumstances beyond our control.
- We will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits and we will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the client
- If traffic conditions including road closures, accidents, unforeseen heavy traffic and acts of god prevent us from arriving on time and this in turn leads to missed appointments/flights/forwarding travel plans etc. we cannot be held responsible for any lose incurred although every effort will be made to ensure you arrive on time.
- Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle and will be charged accordingly for any repair or valeting required to return the vehicle to its original condition.
